摘要
目的探讨氟西汀联合黛力新治疗伴焦虑抑郁障碍的功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法连续收集2014年1月—2016年12月在该院诊断FD伴焦虑抑郁障碍的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组(氟西汀联合黛力新治疗组)、对照组1(单纯氟西汀治疗组)和对照组2(单纯黛力新治疗组),每组35例,评估并比较各组患者治疗效果。结果在治疗第1周末及第4周末,实验组患者74.29%、94.29%对比対照组的42.86%、68.57%,48.57%、71.43%显著更高(P<0.05),实验组患者HAMA评分(10.15±3.71)分、(6.08±2.67)分及HAMD-17评分(19.17±9.21)分、(9.79±5.22)分均明显低于两对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟西汀联合黛力新治疗伴焦虑抑郁障碍的功能性消化不良疗效显著,值得临床借鉴及推广。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of fluoxetine combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)with anxiety and depression.Methods From January 2014 to December 2016 patients with FD were diagnosed with anxiety and depressive disorder.The patients were divided into experimental group(fluoxetine combined with dexamycin treatment group)by random number table method.In the control group 1(fluoxetine alone group)and the control group 2(simple de the new treatment group),each group of 35 cases,to assess and compare the treatment effect of each group of patients.Results In treatment 1 and 4 weekend weekend,the experimental group,patients were 74.29%,94.29%contrast group of seaborne,42.86%,68.57%,48.57%,71.43%,significantly higher(P<0.05),the experimental group patients HAMA score(10.15±3.71)points,(6.08±2.67)points and HAMD score-17(19.17±9.21)points,(9.79±5.22)points were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluoxetine combined with dexterine is effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression.It is worthy of clinical reference and popularization.
