摘要
目的探讨复方阿嗪米特联合小剂量黛力新对功能性消化不良患者不良情绪的影响及临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年12月至2017年12月收治的216例功能性消化不良患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组例数均为108例。对照组患者给予复方阿嗪米特治疗,观察组患者给予复方阿嗪米特联合小剂量黛力新治疗,均连续用药28 d,比较两组临床疗效,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及抑郁量表(HAMD)评估患者治疗前后的不良情绪。结果观察组患者治疗前后HAMA评分和HAMD评分差值明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗前后反酸、嗳气、上腹疼痛、上腹饱胀各项症状评分差值显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为94.4%,远远高于对照组的82.4%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对功能性消化不良患者,复方阿嗪米特联合小剂量黛力新可显著改善患者的不良情绪,有效改善其各项临床症状,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of compound azintamide combined with low-dose Dai Lixin on negative emotions of patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods Among the patients with functional dyspepsia,216 patients admitted to our hospital from December,2014 to December,2017 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,with 108 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with compound azintomide while patients in the observation group were treated with compound azintomide combined with low-dose of Dai Lixin. The treatment duration of each group was 28 days after which we compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups by using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） and its Depression Rating Scale（HAMD） to assess the negative emotions of the patients before and after the treatment. Results The difference in HAMA score and HAMD score in the observation group before and after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 01）. In the observation group,the difference in the symptoms of anti-acid,belching,upper abdominal pain and upper abdominal fullness before and after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference（P〈0. 01）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 94. 4% which was much higher than that of the control group（82. 4%,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion For patients with functional dyspepsia,compound azintamide with low-dose Dai Lixin can significantly improve the patient＇s negative emotion,effectively improve their clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy,which is worth of promotion and application.
