摘要
目的:探讨针刺配合穴位贴敷对功能性消化不良(FD)伴睡眠障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:将70例FD伴睡眠障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例,治疗组予以针刺配合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组选用莫沙必利或奥美拉唑同时联合黛力新进行治疗,疗程均为4周。比较两组患者治疗前后消化不良症状、PSQI量表、HAMA、HAMD、SF-36评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组功能性消化不良症状、PSQI、HAMA和HAMD评分改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能和精神健康方面改善较对照组明显(P<0.05),生理功能、生理职能、总体健康和情感职能方面无明显差异(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:针刺联合穴位贴敷治疗功能性消化不良伴睡眠障碍患者,可明显改善消化不良症状、睡眠障碍情况,改善焦虑抑郁状态,提高生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with acupoint application on functional dyspepsia(FD)with sleep disorders.Methods:70 FD patients with sleep disorders were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=35)and the control group(n=35).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and acupoint application;the control group was given Mosapride or Omeprazole,combined with Deanxit.The course of the treatment was four weeks.The dyspepsia symptoms,PSQI scale,socres of HAMA,HAMD,and SF-36,as well as adverse reactions were compared before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the improvements of the symptoms of functional dyspepsia,PSQI,HAMA and HAMD were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the improvements of body pain,vitality,social activities,and mental health,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of physiological function,role physical,general health,emotional function,and adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with acupoint application can obviously improve functional dyspepsia and sleep disorders,it can improve anxiety,depression,and life quality.
