摘要
培养合格的全科医学各级人才,全科医师规范化培训基地的规范化建设越来越凸显其重要性。本文拟从全科医师培训基地类型、培训基地基本条件、组织机构、规章制度、师资队伍建设(师资培训的方式、内容及管理)、基地管理运行机制、全科培训体系、考核体系(组织体系、考核内容、考核类型、考核质量控制、成绩管理、题库建设等)、档案资料、教学培训质量监控体系等方面进行初步探讨。明确全科医师规范化基地建设所需配备相应资源及必备条件,以促进全科医师规范化培训制度的有效实施,为我国分级诊疗制度的稳步推进提供合格的全科医学人才。
In order to cultivate qualified general practitioners at all levels,the standardized construction of standardized training bases for general practitioners has become more and more important.Our study intends to conduct a preliminary discussion on the construction of training bases from the following aspects:the training base types,basic conditions of training bases,organization,rules and regulations,construction of teaching staffs(training methods,contents and management of teaching staffs for GPs),mechanisms of base management and operation,training systems,assessment systems(organization,content,assessment types,assessment quality control,performance management and question bank construction),archives,quality monitoring system for teaching training and other aspects.We hope that this discussion could clear the needs of corresponding resources and necessary conditions in base construction,which will promote the effective implementation of standardized training for GPs and provide qualified general practitioners to facilitate the steady advancement of hierarchical medical system in our country.
