摘要
国家卫生健康委员会办公厅要求负责全科医学住院医师规范化培训的临床基地医院,在2019年底前必须设置全科医学科,由此可见国家对于壮大全科医师队伍的决心。本文主旨在于探讨综合性医院全科医学科的建设办法,分为“建设全科医学科的重要性”与“建设全科医学科的实践体会”两大部分进行阐述,认为建设全科医学科是满足患者便捷就医需求、满足全科医师规培需求、满足医院便捷管理需求的重要工作,并在基础条件、医疗技术队伍、医疗质量状况、科研与教学、服务范畴、承担衔接任务、信息化建设几个方面给出建设全科医学专科的实践体会,进而为促进全科医学科全面发展、确保高质量全科人才的培养提供一定参考依据。
The General Office of National Health Commission of the People′s Republic of China has pointed out that by the end of 2019,the general practice departments shall be created in the clinical base hospitals of which take charge of the resident doctor′s standardized training,demonstrating its determinations about the expansion of general practitioner teams.In this paper,the ways of constructing the general practice departments in the general hospitals have been discussed from"the importance of developing the general practices"to"the experiences of developing the general practices".First of all,the general practice construction is important to meet the patient′s needs of seeking medical services,meet the general practitioner′s needs of standardized training and offer convenience for hospital management.Next,the experiences of developing the general practices are expounded from basic medical conditions,technical personnel,medical service quality,scientific research and education,service scope,training tasks and information construction,providing basis on the all-round development of general practice and the cultivation of high-quality general practitioners.
