摘要
目的对"六顶思考帽"思维模式在临床护理管理中应用的价值研究进行探讨。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的120例患者作为研究对象,对120例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并运用"六顶思考帽"思维模式,通过问卷调查的方式对管理办法实施前后患者、护理人员、医生护理满意度进行调查统计。结果实施"六顶思考帽"思维模式后,护理人员对自我护理水平评分显著提高,医师对护理满意评分提高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对护理人员的护理技术与服务评分,环境与指导评分都显著提高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "六顶思考帽"思维模式使护理管理更为制度化、规范化、标准化,提高了护理人员的责任意识和工作积极性,对护理危险因素有了较好的预防,患者的满意度也有了相应的提高。
Objective To explore the value of“Six Thinking Cap”mode of thinking in clinical nursing management.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,120 patients as the research object,the clinical data of 120 patients were retrospectively analyzed,and using the“Six Thinking Cap”thinking mode.The satisfaction degree of patients,nurses and doctors before and after the implementation of management measures was investigated by questionnaires.Results After the implementation of the“Six Thinking Cap”thinking mode,the score of self-care level was significantly improved by nurses,and the score of nursing satisfaction was improved by doctors.The difference between data was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing skills and service scores of the patients were significantly improved in the environment and guidance score,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The thinking mode of“six thinking caps”makes nursing management more institutionalized,normalization and standardized.It improves the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of nurses.Nursing risk factors were well prevented and patient satisfaction improved.
