摘要
目的探究稳心颗粒联合盐酸普罗帕酮对室性心律失常的临床治疗效果。方法根据我所2016年1月—2017年12月所收治的166例室性心律失常患者的临床治疗资料,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对比两组患者的治疗效果以及药物不良反应发生情况。结果对比两组患者治疗效果,治疗组明显优于对照组,其对比结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合盐酸普罗帕酮对室性心律失常具有理想的临床治疗效果,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wenxin granule combined with propafenone on ventricular arrhythmias.Methods According to the clinical data of 166 patients with ventricular arrhythmia treated in our institute from January 2016 to December 2017,they were randomly divided into two groups:control group and treatment group.The therapeutic effect and adverse drug reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wenxin granule and propafenone is an ideal clinical treatment for ventricular arrhythmia.There was no obvious adverse reaction and should be used in clinic.
