摘要
文章将用户画像概念引入高校智慧图书馆,从数据获取、信息识别、数据清洗、标签体系等多方面构建高校智慧图书馆读者画像模型,并针对形成的可视化读者画像进行多维度信息行为分析,从而为智慧图书馆实现精准服务的目标提供依据。
This paper introduces the concept of Persona into the smart libraries of universities,builds the readers'Persona model of university smart libraries from the aspects of data acquisition,information recognition,data cleaning and labeling system,and conducts multi-dimensional information behavior analysis for the visual Persona of readers.It provides a basis for smart libraries to provide accurate service.
