摘要
军事遗产是文化遗产的重要类型之一,在军事现代化发展、传统防御工事转型的现阶段,其保护与更新需求日益紧迫。本文梳理了国内外军事遗产现状,总结其保护与发展的相关制度和措施,并选取2011年被列为美国国家纪念地的美国弗吉尼亚州门罗堡为案例,结合美国国家公园制度和国家纪念地制度剖析其保护理念和规划措施,揭示深刻理解历史背景、当前社会需求、经济可持续发展等的重要性。以期为我国军事遗产的保护工作提供参考。
Military heritage is one of the important types of cultural heritage.In the present stage of military modernization and the transformation of traditional fortifications,the demand for preservation and renewal is intensified.This paper reviews the present situation of Military Heritage domestic and overseas,and summarizes the relevant system and measures of its preservation and development.And taking Fort Monroe in the United States Virginia which was selected as a national monument in 2011 as a case study,this paper analyzes the preservation concept and planning measures combined with the system of American national park system and the National Monument,and it also reveals the significance of a deep understanding of the historical background,social demand and economical sustainable planning.It intends to provide some reference for the preservation of our country's military heritage.
