摘要
目的分析164份HIV抗体初筛阳性样本确证实验检测数据,了解荆门市HIV感染的流行情况。方法按照国家规定的检测方案,于2015年1月—2017年12月对荆门市各筛查实验室初筛阳性送检的164份样本进行复检、确证和分析。结果初筛阳性送检测样品164份,确证实验其中阳性样品123份(75.0%),阴性样品27份(16.5%),不确证样品14份(8.5%)。确证阳性男女性别比例为6.25:1,不同性别的阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=144.70,P<0.01)。年龄分布情况主要以21~50岁年龄组居多,阳性构成比为62%,51~79岁年龄组构成比为19%。结论 HIV感染者以青壮年为主,老年人感染者比例也呈逐年上升趋势,不容忽视。应加强对青壮年和老年人的艾滋病相关知识和安全套的推广使用。男男同性恋是艾滋病感染的高危人群,是目前艾滋病传播的重要途径之一,应加强检测力度。疾控系统需要与医疗机构共同协作,加大对就诊者的HIV检测力度,加强对特殊人群、高危人群的普查,多管齐下,遏制艾滋病蔓延。
Objective To analyze the 164 pieces of HIV antibody primary screening positive confirmation experimental data and know the epidemiology of HIV infection in Jingmen.Methods 164 pieces of positive samples by the primary screening submitted to various screening labs from January 2015 to December 2017 in Jingmen were for reexamination,confirmation and analysis.Results Of 164 pieces of positive samples by the primary screening,123 pieces of positive samples were confirmed(75.0%)and 27 pieces of negative samples(16.5%)and 14 pieces of unconfirmed samples(8.5%),and the ratio of confirmed positive male and female was 6.25:1,and the difference in the test rate between male and female was statistically significant(χ2=144.70,P<0.01),and the age distribution was mainly between 21 and 50 years old,and the positive ratio was 62%,and the age ratio from 51 to 79 years old was 19%.Conclusion HIV infection patients are mainly young adults,and the senile infection patients take on an increasing trend,and we should enhance the promotion and application of AIDS related knowledge and condoms of young people and old people,and gay is the high-risk group of AIDS infection,and it is one of important transmission methods of AIDS,we should enhance the test force,and the disease control system needs to cooperate with the medical institutions to increase the HIV test force,enhance the general investigation of special group and high-risk group and prevent the spread of AIDS.
