摘要
目的:了解临床医学硕士研究生隐性医学职业素养的培养现状,分析存在的问题,提出有针对的临床医学研究生隐性医学职业素养培养与教育对策建议。方法:采用自编问卷,对240名临床医学研究生进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果:临床医学研究生隐性医学职业素养的职业作风认知情况良好,部分临床医学研究生的职业道德及职业态度有待提高,不同性别和不同年级在职业认同度上均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),不同学校之间的差异无统计学意义。建议:高等医学院校应重视临床医学研究生隐性医学职业素养的培养,加强对学生的文化与法规教育,具有医学特色的隐性医学职业素养教育修养应贯穿在课程教学与导师教导中,调动研究生培养隐性医学职业素养的主动性。
Objective:To understand the training status of clinical medicine graduates'recessive medical professionalism,find out the existing problems,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for training and education of recessive medical professionalism for clinical medicine postgraduates.Methods:240 clinical medicine graduates were investigated by self-made questionnaire and the results were statistically analyzed.Results:By analyzing the four indexes of recessive medical professionalism,it was found that the professional style of clinical medicine postgraduates was well recognized,the professional ethics and professional attitude of some clinical graduates needed to be improved,there was significant difference in occupational recognition between different sexes and different grades of clinical medicine graduates(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between different schools.Conclusion:The medical colleges and universities should attach great importance to the cultivation of recessive medical professionalism of clinical medicine graduate.The graduate management department should enhance the culture and regulation education of students.The recessive medical professionalism education with medical characteristics should be through teaching of curriculum and tutor to mobilize the initiative of clinical medicine graduates to train the recessive medical professionalism.
