摘要 目的探讨临床医学科学学位与专业学位硕士研究生的培养现状,为更好的分类培养临床医学硕士研究生,提升培养质量提供参考依据。方法采用自编问卷对安徽省四所医学院校838名临床医学硕士研究生进行调查,采用百分比和卡方检验对调查结果进行分析。结果学硕和专硕内部动机分别占43.3%、39.9%,外部动机分别占51.7%、57.4%;学硕与专硕学位类型认同度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);学硕与专硕导师制度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);学硕与专硕就业意向比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论两种学位类型的硕士研究生性别分布趋于平衡,年龄集中在20~25岁;考研动机都倾向于外部因素;都对专业学位认同度较高;都以单一导师制为主;就业意向都倾向于医疗机构。 Objective To investigatethe training situation of the academic degree and professional degree postgraduate of clinical medicine,to provide reference for better classified training of postgraduates of clinical medicine and improving the quality of training.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 838 postgraduates of clinical medicine in four medical colleges in Anhui province,the results of the survey were analyzed using percentage and chi-square tests.Results Internal motivation accounted for 43.3%and 39.9%respectively for the academic degree and professional degree postgraduate of clinical medicine,external motivation accounted for 51.7%and 57.4%respectively;The comparison between the two degree types ofdegree of recognition,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);The comparison between the two degree types of tutor system,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The comparison between the two degree types of employment intension,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions The gender distribution of postgraduates of the two degree types tends to be balanced,and the age is concentrated at 20-25 years old;The motivation for postgraduate entrance examinations tends to be external factors;and both have high recognition of professional degree;Both are dominated by a single tutorial system;The employment intention of postgraduates of the two degree types tends to medical institutions.
