缬沙坦联合血栓通胶囊对高龄2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨缬沙坦联合血栓通胶囊对高龄2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法 :采用随机双盲对照研究方法,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各48例。两组常规予缬沙坦片80 mg/d,1个月后若血压未能达标,对照组将缬沙坦剂量调整至160 mg/d,实验组则加服血栓通胶囊1粒/次,3次/d。分别在基线和治疗8周末采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清内皮素1(ET-1)和一氧化氮(NO)水平变化。结果 :治疗前,两组患者血清ET-1和NO水平相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者ET-1水平较治疗前降低,且实验组患者降低幅度较大(P<0.05);而NO水平则较治疗前升高,且实验组患者升高幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论 :缬沙坦联合血栓通胶囊治疗高龄2型糖尿病合并高血压患者,能有效地降低患者血压,改善血管内皮功能。 Objective:To investigate the effect of valsartan combined with Xueshuantong capsule on vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension.Methods:A randomized double blind control study was conducted and the patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group with 48 cases each.At first,all the patients were routinely treated with valsartan tablets 80 mg/d and then the valsartan dosage in the control group was adjusted to 160 mg/d while the Xueshuantong capsule was additionally taken at 1 capsule/time,3 times/d in the experimental group if the blood pressure failed to reach the standard after 1 month treatment.The changes of serum endothelin 1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)levels were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)at the baseline and the end of 8 weeks after treatment.Results:The comparison of serum ET-1 and NO levels showed no statistical differences between the two group before treatment(P>0.05).ET-1 levels were reduced while the NO level was increased in both groups after treatment,which were more significant in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with Xueshuantong capsule for the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hypertension can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve vascular endothelial function.
