摘要
目的:观察血栓通胶囊联合贝那普利片治疗原发性高血压患者的效果。方法:选取2018年10月至2020年10月该院收治的100例原发性高血压患者进行前瞻性研究,采用摸球法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予贝那普利片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合血栓通胶囊治疗,比较两组血压控制率、治疗前后血管内皮功能指标[血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)和血管性假血友病因子(vWF)]水平、血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]水平,以及随访2个月的不良反应发生率。结果:观察组血压控制率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NO水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组ET-1、vWF水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SBP、DBP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血栓通胶囊联合贝那普利片治疗原发性高血压患者能提高血压控制率,改善血管内皮功能指标水平,降低血压水平,效果优于单纯贝那普利治疗。
Objective:To observe effects of Xueshuantong capsules combined with Benazepril in treatment of patients with essential hypertension.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with essential hypertension who were admitted to this hospital from October 2018 to October 2020.They were divided into observation group and control group by using the touching the ball method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Benazepril tablets,while the observation group was treated with Xueshuantong capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The blood pressure control rate,the vascular endothelial function index levels[serum nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)and von Willebrand factor(vWF)]and the blood pressure levels[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)]before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions at 2-month follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood pressure control rate in the observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 80.00%(40/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of NO in the two groups were higher than before the treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the levels of ET-1 and vWF in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of SBP and DBP in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Xueshuantong capsules combined with Benazepril tablets in the treatment of the patients with essential hypertension can improve the blood pressure control
