Objective To study effect of Mongolian medicine Garidi-5 for preemptive analgesia of gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods with randomized, double blind and controlled experiment design, choose 60 cases with gynecological laparoscopic surgery, divide them into experimental and control groups randomly, 30 cases in each. Experimental group was treated with oral administration of Garidi-5 pills 2 grams 20-22 h, 4-6h before operation and 6h after operation; control group with non-effective placebo. With visual analogue scale(VAS) and Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS), evaluate and compare postoperative pains degree, record additional dose of analgesic medicine, time and vital signs of patients of two groups, and compare ambulation time and adverse reaction of two groups. Results pains disappeared 0, 2, 4, 8 and 12 h after operation, and BCS and VAS scores of experimental group were significantly different from control group(P<0.05). And ambulation time of experimental group was also significantly different from control group(P<0.05). Postoperative adverse reactions showed no significant difference between two groups,(P>0.05). For postoperative analgesia insufficiency, it is necessary to add analgesic medicine, and dosage of experimental group was less than control group(P<0.05). Adverse reaction incidence showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Mongolian medicine Garidi-5 has exact clinical effect for preemptive analgesia of gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
