摘要
为实现普通冲床布料与落料工艺的自动化,提出一种基于机器视觉普通冲床自动布料和落料方案并进行了自动布料和落料的算法研究。首先通过调用Halcon图像算子进行图像处理实现对板料的布料位置参数的自动确定和提取;其次将要进行布料的位置信息通过使用MFC编程方法的应用程序进行数据处理,进而调用运动控制函数,使运动控制卡传输脉冲控制机械运动,实现自动落料。通过基于视觉的普通冲床的自动化改造,实现了不规则板料自动布料和自动落料工艺,从而以最小的成本,提高不规则板料的利用率,大大提高了中小企业的经济效益。
In order to realize the automation of configuration process and punching blanking process,a plan based on the machine vision of ordinary punch was presented to achieve automatic configuration and automatic blanking,while thealgorithm of automatic configuration and automatic blanking was researched.First,the Halcon image operators were called to implement the image processingand the metal sheet’s configuration location parameters could be automatically identified and extracted;Next,the configuration location parameters were handled with the application program developed with M FC;Then motion control functions were called andthe motion control card sent pulse signalsthat controlled the mechanical movement to implement automatic blanking.Withthe ordinary punch automation reconstruction based on machine vision,the automatic configuration and blanking of the irregular sheet were implemented,while both the utilization of the irregular sheet and the small and medium-sized enterprises’economic benefits were raised with minimal cost.
