摘要
工业CT是一个复杂的组成结构,在测量过程中存在误差是一个绕不开的问题,因为X射线源、探测器、图像重建算法等就会形成一个综合性的误差源,最终会让它的溯源校准工作很艰巨。基于此,对于工业电子计算机断层扫描(CT)长度测量误差的修正分析尤为必要。针对这个问题,我们采用工业电子计算机断层扫描(CT)术中长度测量误差修正方法进行解决。
Industrial CT is a complex structure.The error in the measurement process is an inseparable problem.X-ray sources,detectors,image reconstruction algorithms,etc.will form a comprehensive error source.It will make its traceability calibration work very difficult.Therefore,in view of this problem,this paper analyzes the principle of length measurement in industrial computerized tomography(CT),and tries to solve it through the correction test of the ball center length measurement error and the correction test of the end face length measurement error,but experiments have shown that new material gauge blocks with lower X-ray attenuation coefficients need to be further explored for better use in industrial computerized tomography(CT)length measurements.
