摘要
随着印刷电路板(PCB)行业的飞速发展,既要实现高密度多层次又要保证高质量的PCB的生产要求和有限的生产工艺水平之间的矛盾愈显突出。外观检查机,利用CCD成像技术以及图像处理技术,为PCB生产提供了很好的在线检测手段,从而有效地保证了PCB的出品质量。本文将应用软件和基于形态学分水岭算法的数字图像处理技术相结合,运用到PCB的外观检测系统中去,实现PCB的在线缺陷检测,提升PCB的生产效率,提高产品出厂的合格率,具有重大意义。
With the rapid development of printed circuit board(PCB) industry,the conflict between the request,which is manufacturing high-density multiple-layers boards while ensuring the quality,and the manufacturing technology which is limited is becoming more and more obvious.PCB's vision inspection system,which adopts technology of CCD camera and image processing,has provided an effective way of on-line defect-detecting which can ensure PCB's quality.The innovation of this dissertation is that the application associated with the technology of digital image processing is applied to the vision inspection system for PCB,which enables defect-detecting online.The system's accomplishment brings high efficiency for PCB's manufacturing in industry,which owns huge significance.There are no reports on such application as this kind interiorly by far.
