摘要
双酚类化合物作为金属罐内壁涂层被广泛使用。此类化合物会引起人体健康问题,使得金属罐装食品具有潜在毒性及危害。针对双酚类化合物的检测既能有效提高食品安全保障,又能对健康加以保护。本文简述了目前食品中双酚类化合物的检测技术,即荧光光度计法、色谱法、酶联免疫法,为后续研究提供理论依据。
As a coating on the inner wall of a metal can,bisphenol compounds have potential toxicity and damage,so the application of coating for food packaging has been strictly prohibited in many countries.This paper introduces three kinds of detection technologies of biphenol compounds,including fluorometer method,chromatography and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,hoping to provide theoretical basis for future study.
