微课在武汉市某高校消化肝病临床教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 消化肝病是内科教学的重点内容,课程知识点多、信息量大,学生难以理解掌握。武汉市某高校通过在消化肝病临床教学中试行将微课与传统课堂教学进行结合,发现微课联合课堂教学组学生的理论考核成绩、临床及实践操作考试成绩明显优于课堂教学组(P<0.05)。因此,微课作为新兴的网络教学形式,能激发学生学习兴趣,有助于学生掌握消化肝病的知识内容,是一种方便有效的辅助教学手段。 Digestive hepatology is an important subject in internal medicine.Its curriculum is informative,full of knowledge and hard to master.Micro-lecture combined with traditional classroom teaching were applied in Digestive hepatology clinical teaching in a University in Wuhan City and it was demonstrated that the students in group of micro-lecture plus classroom teaching had much higher scores in theoretical examination,clinical practice and operating skill tests than that of classroom teaching alone(P<0.05).Therefore,micro-lecture as a new mode of online study developed in recent years can stimulate students’interest in learning,help them to master the knowledge of digestive hepatology.It is considered as a convenient and effective auxiliary teaching method in digestive hepatology clinical teaching.
