摘要
目的:制定杭州市某医院消化内科的健康教育处方,并探讨其实践效果。方法:成立健康教育处方管理小组,科学制定14个针对消化内科住院患者需求的健康教育处方。对照组采用常规的健康宣教,干预组在常规健康宣教基础上行健康教育处方管理,并评价健康教育效果。结果:干预组患者的疾病知识、照护能力、参与治疗过程、参与治疗决策、后续治疗相关知识等健康教育效果和护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:健康教育处方的实施可增强消化内科患者的健康教育效果,提高护理满意度,促进护患和谐。
Objective:To structure the health education prescription in the gastroenterology department of a hospital in Hangzhou and evaluate the effects.Methods:Health education prescription management team was established,and 14 health education prescriptions were scientific established in gastroenterology department.Results:After intervention,patients in the intervention group were better than the control group in health education effect of knowledge of disease,ability of care,participation in treatment,treatment decision-making and post discharge treatment skills and nursing satisfaction(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education prescription management intervention can significantly increase the effect of health education,improve nursing satisfaction,and promote nursing satisfaction degree.
