摘要
为提升综合竞争力,美国提出再工业化战略,着重强调重振制造业,致力构建全国制造业创新网络,建设一批制造业创新中心。当前,美国制造业创新中心的建设已经取得了一定成效,对美国科技创新体系的完善和制造业的转型发展产生了积极影响。通过分析美国制造业创新中心发展的现状、做法和经验,为广东省建设制造业创新中心提供有益参考。
In order to enhance its overall competitiveness,the United States has proposed a re-industrialization strategy,with a strong emphasis on revitalizing the manufacturing industry,committed to building a national manufacturing innovation network and a number of manufacturing innovation institution.At present,the U.S.manufacturing innovation institution has made some achievements in its construction and has had a positive impact on the improvement of the U.S.science and technology innovation system and the transformation and development of the manufacturing industry.By analyzing the status quo,practices and experiences of the U.S.manufacturing innovation institution,this article provides a useful reference for Guangdong province to construct manufacturing innovation institutions.
