摘要
以临沂大学化学专业为例,探索了基于创新创业能力培养为导向的应用型本科人才培养模式。通过人才培养方案修订、课程体系改革、搭建教、学、做合一的教学平台、完善学年制和学分制、拓展创新教育平台等改革措施,构建了新型的应用型化学专业本科人才培养模式,取得了可喜的效果。
The undergraduate talents training mode based on innovation ability was investigated taking chemistry specialty of Linyi University as an example.Through an innovation reform measure,including the revision of the talent training mode,reform of course system,setting up the unity teaching platform of teaching,learning and doing,improving the school year and credit system,developing an innovation education platform,a new type undergraduate talents training mode of application for chemistry specialty was built,and the encouraging results have been achieved.
