摘要
本文以北方工业大学土木工程学院建筑环境与能源应用工程专业为例,分析了大类招生背景下专业分流的现状,分析目前专业培养体系中的不足,探讨如何利用好现有的教学资源及好的生源,构建基于社会需求的多元化人才培养体系。
This paper takes North China University of Technology School of civil engineering,building environment and energy engineering specialty as an example,analyzes the current situation of enrollment under the background of professional division and the current problems in the system of professional training.Besides,it also explores how to make good use of existing teaching resources and good students,the construction of Diversified Personnel Based on the requirements of society culture system.
