摘要
我国高等教育体制化的统一要求太多,使教育活动凝固成某种标准化模式教育。这种教育方式更多地成为一种外在的强制性压力而不是学生内在的需要,严重挫伤了学生的个性发展,压抑了学生的创造力。为此,本文从个性的心理学基础和教育理念入手,探讨了如何设计个性化教育目标、设置个性化课程体系、构建主体参与式教育模式、完善学生评价体系,指出构建个性化教育体系应处理好两种关系。合理构建高等学校个性化教育体系,不仅是提高教育质量的关键,也是培养创新型人才的重要突破口。
The uniform requirement in higher education system makes education practice in China a fixed and standardized mode which influences individuality and creativity of students as external mandatory pressure rather than internal needs. This paper, beginning with the psychological basis and educational ideas, discusses the goal, curriculum, teaching mode based on subject participation and student evaluation system in individualized educational system. The relations that should be dealt with properly are also analyzed. It proposes that the establishment of individualized education system is the key to the improvement of higher education quality and the training of innovative talents.
