摘要
[目的/意义]暴力恐怖活动一般是有组织、有预谋的行动。量化分析暴力恐怖犯罪活动的新特征,对于我国暴力恐怖活动预警、反恐情报挖掘、精准打击暴力恐怖分子以及防范与减少暴力恐怖犯罪等都具有现实意义。[方法/过程]以云南省H暴力恐怖活动为例,利用社会网络分析方法对其人物-资源-技能-任务多元关系网络进行测度,总结了情报视角下暴力恐怖活动的社会网络特征。[结果/结论]研究结果表明:依托多元社会网络分析,能够系统揭示暴力恐怖犯罪的危害性,有效实施反恐预警行动,精准打击暴力恐怖分子,开辟反恐新方向。
[Purpose/Significance]Violent terrorist activities are generally organized and premeditated.The quantitative analysis of violent terrorist crimes is of practical significance to early warning of violent terrorist activities,anti-terrorism intelligence excavation,precision strike against violent terrorists and the prevention of violent terrorist crimes.[Method/Process]Taking the H violent terrorist activities in Yunnan Province as an example,this paper uses the social network analysis method to measure the network of people-resources-skills-tasks,and summarizes the social network characteristics of violent terrorist activities from the perspective of intelligence.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that multiple social networks analysis could systematically disclose the harmfulness of violent terrorist crimes,effectively implement anti-terrorism early warning operations,accurately combat violent terrorists,and open up new directions in anti-terrorism.
