机场道面混凝土表面强化材料的性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 为解决寒冷地区机场混凝土道面在环境侵蚀和飞机荷载双重作用下,在承载力尚满足运行要求时所产生的表层破坏,提出将纤维、聚合物乳液掺入混凝土以及在混凝土表面喷涂硅烷保护剂等三种方式来增强道面混凝土的表面性能。设计了单面冻融循环试验和磨耗试验,以冻融后质量和相对动弹模量损失以及磨耗质量损失为评价指标对三种材料强化后的混凝土进行了对比分析,并分别对其强化机理和经济效益进行了分析。结果表明:三种强化方式均能有效提升道面混凝土的表面性能,其中掺加纤维和乳液的方式适合寒区新建机场的道面施工,表面喷涂硅烷的方式适合使用中机场道面的补强和使用寿命的延长。 To solve the surface damage of airport concrete pavements in cold area under both environmental erosion and aircraft loads,when their bearing capacity still meets the operational requirements,the surface properties of pavement concrete are enhanced by adding fiber,polymer emulsion into concrete and spraying silane protectant on concrete surface.A single-side freeze-thaw test and an abrasion test are designed.The concrete reinforced by three kinds of materials is compared and analyzed with the loss of relative dynamic modulus and wear quality after freeze-thaw as the evaluation index.Analysis result shows that all three strengthening methods can effectively improve the surface performance of pavement concrete,and the way of adding fiber and emulsion is suitable for the construction of the airport pavements in cold area,the method of surface spraying silane is suitable for the surface enhancement and the prolonging of lifespan in existing airport pavements.
