密封防水剂改善水泥混凝土性能的试验分析

摘要 为提高水泥混凝土的耐久性,采用密封防水剂对混凝土进行养护和加固,从混凝土吸水率、抗压强度、抗碳化深度、耐磨耗性能和抗盐冻试验等方面进行对比试验。试验结果表明:刷涂密封防水剂后混凝土吸水率由2.32%降低至0.94%,混凝土试件的抗压强度有一定程度的增加;试件7d碳化深度降低51.8%;混凝土表层耐磨度降低46.8%;试件盐冻试验表面砂浆层剥落量降幅达60%。刷涂密封防水剂后,混凝土内部变得更致密,经密封防水剂养护后的混凝土体在沿海及盐腐蚀较为严重的地区,具有更好的抵抗盐腐蚀的性能。 In order to improve the durability of cement concrete,a sealing and waterproof agent has been used to maintain and strengthen the concrete,and comparative tests have been carried out in terms of concrete water absorption,compressive strength,anti-carbonization depth,abrasion resistance,and salt-freezing resistance.The test results have shown that the water absorption rate of concrete is reduced from 2.32%to 0.94%after brushing with sealing waterproof agent,and the compressive strength of concrete specimens has increased to a certain extent;the 7d carbonization depth of specimens decreased by 51.8%;the abrasion resistance of concrete surface decreased by 46.8%;the spalling rate of the mortar layer on the surface of the test piece in the salt freezing test decreased by 60%.It has shown that after brushing with sealing and waterproofing agent,the concrete body cured by sealing and waterproofing agent when used in coastal areas and areas where salt corrosion is more serious could have better resistance to salt corrosion.
