摘要
通过冻融循环试验,研究了钢纤维体积率、冻融循环次数、混凝土强度等级对冻融循环作用下钢纤维混凝土动弹性模量的影响,分析了钢纤维混凝土剥落和损伤机理;测试了钢纤维混凝土冻融后抗压强度、劈拉强度和抗折强度,探讨了钢纤维对混凝土的增强机理。试验结果表明,混凝土强度等级较高时,钢纤维体积率对混凝土抗冻性能的影响比较显著,抑制了钢纤维混凝土的剥落,降低了钢纤维混凝土损伤速率。
Through the experiments on freeze-thaw, it was studied the influence of the grade of concrete strength, the volume fraction of steel fiber and number of freeze-thaw circulation on the dynamic modulus of elasticity. The mechanism of peeling and damage of steel fiber reinforced concrete was analyzed and the compressive strongth, splitting strength and rupture strength of steel fiber reilfforced concrete after freeze-thaw were tested. Furthermore, the reinforced mechanism of the steel fiber reinforced concrete under the action of freeze-thaw was discussed. The test results show that when the grade of concrete strength is higher, the influence of steel fiber volume fraction on the frost-resisting property is more obvious, which can inhibit the peeling of the concrete and reduce its damage rate.
