摘要
目的:探讨全程人性化护理对无痛分娩足月产妇分娩结局的影响。方法:选取2016年10月-2017年6月本院待产足月产妇100例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组均行无痛分娩,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程人性化护理。采用焦虑自评量表(self rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self rating depressive scale,SDS)评估两组产妇分娩前后的焦虑、抑郁情况;观察两组产妇的产程时间及分娩结局。结果:治疗后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(27.26±5.73)、(25.38±4.61)分,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程及总产程分别为(505.29±25.56)、(41.24±6.27)、(10.45±1.42)、(562.72±28.27)min,均显著短于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇剖宫产率为4.00%、胎儿窘迫率为2.00%、新生儿窒息率为2.00%、围产儿死亡率为0,均显著低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程人性化护理可有效缓解无痛分娩足月产妇的负面情绪,缩短产程,减少剖宫产率及新生儿并发症,有利于母婴健康。
Objective:To explore the effect of full course humanistic nursing on delivery outcome of childbirth in full-term parturient without painless labor.Method:A total of 100 full-term parturient in our hospital from October 2016 to June 2017 were selected,according to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.They were all painless delivery,the control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given the full course humanistic nursing.Anxiety and depression in two groups before and after delivery were evaluated by self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the duration of labor and delivery outcome in two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those of before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were(27.26±5.73)and(25.38±4.61)points respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the third stage of labor and total labor in observation group were(505.29±25.56),(41.24±6.27),(10.45±1.42),(562.72±28.27)min respectively,were significantly shorter than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the cesarean delivery rate was 4.00%,the fetal distress rate was 2.00%,the neonatal asphyxia rate was 2.00%,and the perinatal mortality rate was 0,which were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The full course humanistic nursing can effectively relieve the negative emotion of the fullterm pregnant women with painless labor,shorten the labor process,reduce the cesarean section rate and neonatal complications,and is conducive to maternal and child health.
