摘要
目的对比无痛分娩与传统阴道分娩在初产妇分娩中对母婴结局的影响。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月之间我院妇产科收治的初产妇200例为研究对象,随机将其分成对照组(n=100)与观察组(n=100),其中观察组产妇行无痛分娩(硬膜外阻滞麻醉),对照组产妇行常规阴道分娩,比较两组产妇疼痛评分、产程时间、产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分、改剖宫产及并发症发生率。结果观察组产妇镇痛效果明显优于对照组,数据差异显著,P<0.05。观察组产妇第一产程与总产程均明显短于对照组,数据差异显著,P<0.05。观察组产妇改剖宫产率与并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,数据差异显著,P<0.05。结论无痛分娩技术可显著降低初产妇分娩疼痛,同时可进一步缩短产程,整体母婴结局良好,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective to compare effect of painless delivery and traditional vaginal delivery on mother and infant outcome of delivery of primipara.Methods choose 200 cases primiparas admitted to obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as research objects,divide them into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100)randomly.Observation group was treated with painless delivery(epidural block anesthesia),and control group with routine vaginal deliveries.Compare pain scores,labor duration,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal Apgar scores,cesarean section and complications Incidence between two groups.Results maternal analgesic effect of observation group was significantly better than control group,data were significantly different,P<0.05.The first and second parturients of observation group were significantly shorter than control group,and data were significantly different,P<0.05.Cesarean section rate and complications incidence of observation group was significantly lower than control group,data were significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion painless delivery technology can reduce labor pains of primiparas significantly,shorten birth process further,with good overall maternal and infant outcomes,which can be promoted and applied clinically.
