依达拉奉联合天麻素对急性脑梗死病人血液流变学及血清hs-CRP、Ang-Ⅱ、MCP-1、sICAM-1的影响 被引量:16

Effects of Edaravone and Gastrodin on Hemorheology and Serum hs-CRP,Ang-Ⅱ,MCP-1 and sICAM-1 in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉联合天麻素对急性脑梗死病人血液流变学及血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血管紧张素-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)的影响。方法选择2015年3月—2017年3月我院就诊的96例急性脑梗死病人,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各48例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组使用依达拉奉注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合天麻素注射液治疗,均连续治疗21 d。比较两组治疗前后血液流变学、血清hs-CRP、Ang-Ⅱ、MCP-1、sICAM-1及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的变化,并比较临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组血浆黏度、全血黏度、血细胞比容、纤维蛋白原较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清hs-CRP、Ang-Ⅱ、MCP-1、sICAM-1较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后观察组指标均明显较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死病人采用依达拉奉联合天麻素治疗可有效改善血液流变学,降低血清hs-CRP、Ang-Ⅱ、MCP-1、sICAM-1水平表达,有助于神经功能的恢复,临床应用价值高。 Objective To study effect of edaravone combined with gastrodin on hemorheology and serum high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP),angiotensin-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ),monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule(sICAM-1)in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-six patients with acute cerebral infarction from March 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were selected.According to random number table,those patients were divided into the observation group(n=48)and the control group(n=48).On the basis of conventional treatment,patients in control group were treated with edaravone injection,while patients in observation group were combined with gastrodin injection,they were continuous treatment of 21 d.The changes of hemorheology,serum hs-CRP,Ang-Ⅱ,MCP-1,sICAM-1,and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,hematocrit,and fibrinogen in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,hematocrit,and fibrinogen in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum hs-CRP,Ang-Ⅱ,MCP-1,and sICAM-1 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum hs-CRP,Ang-Ⅱ,MCP-1,sICAM-1 in observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the NIHSS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone and gastrodin can effectively improve the hemorheology,reduce the expression of serum hs-CRP,Ang-Ⅱ,MCP-1,and sICAM-1 in patients wi
