摘要
目的分析天麻素注射液在脑梗塞患者治疗中的应用效果。方法该次研究对象为该院脑梗塞患者106例,纳入时间2016年9月-2018年8月,数表法将其分成两组:53例对照组给予复方丹参注射液治疗,53例研究组给予天麻素注射液治疗,统计两组的治疗结果。结果研究组缓解率为94.3%,不良反应发生率为3.8%,和对照组的75.4%、18.9%相比,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.361、6.014,P=0.001、0.014)。治疗后,研究组GCS评分(13.72±1.34)分,NIHSS评分为(10.08±1.36)分;优于对照组的(11.04±1.46)分、(15.45±1.40)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.845、20.030,P=0.001、0.001)。结论给予脑梗塞患者天麻素注射液治疗效果确切,有助于改善神经功能缺损度,减少不良反应,增强临床疗效,值得学习和应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of gastrodin injection in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods This time, 106 patients with cerebral infarction in the hospital were enrolled from September 2016 to August 2018. They were divided into two groups by the table method: 53 patients in the control group were treated with compound Danshen injection and 53 patients in the study group were treated with Gastrodin injection treatment,the treatment results of the two groups were counted. Results The response rate of the study group was 94.3%, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.8%. Compared with 75.4% and 18.9% of the control group, the difference was significant(χ^2=7.361,6.014, P=0.001,0.014). After treatment, the study group had a GCS score of(13.72 ± 1.34) points and a NIHSS score of(10.08±1.36) points, superior to the control group at(11.04 ± 1.46) points and(15.45 ± 1.40)points, with significant differences(t=9.845,20.030, P=0.001,0.001). Conclusion Gastrodin injection given to patients with cerebral infarction has a definite treatment effect, which is helpful to improve the degree of neurological deficits,reduce adverse reactions, and enhance clinical efficacy. It is worth learning and applying.
