摘要
目的:研究老鹳草的化学成分。方法:应用色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和谱学数据鉴定其结构。结果:从老鹳草75%乙醇水提取物的乙酸乙酯部位中分离并鉴定了10个化合物结构,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),柯里拉京(2),1,2,3,6-四-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖(3),短叶苏木酚(4),原儿茶酸(5),没食子酸(6),对羟基苯甲酸(7),β-胡萝卜苷(8),槲皮素(9),1,3,6-三-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖(10)。结论:化合物3~5,7,10为首次从该植物中分离得到,其化学成分与老鹳草另外两个药用来源具有一定相似性,从化学成分上证明了三者具有亲缘关系。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the aerial part of Geranium wilfordii Maxim.Methods:The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.Results:Ten compounds were isolated and identified asβ-sitosterol(1),corilagin(2),1,2,3,6-tetra-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose(3),brevifolincarboxylic acid(4),protocatechuic acid(5),gallic acid(6),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(7),daucosterol(8),quercetin(9),1,3,6-tetra-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose(10).Conclusion:Compounds 3-5,7,10 were obtained from this plant for the first time.The chemical constituents of G.wilfordii were similar to those of the other two plants used for Geranii Herba for pharmaceutical application and it certified the interspecific relationship of them.
