摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定伤口护理产品中次没食子酸铋含量的方法。方法使用Agilent 1260液相色谱仪进行检测,色谱柱:Sun FireTM C18分析柱,(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇:0.05%(v/v)磷酸=15:85(v/v);流速:1.0m L/min;检测波长:254nm;柱温:35℃;进样体积:25μL,采用外标法进行定量分析。结果次没食子酸铋的线性范围为2.25μg/m L^45.0μg/m L(r=0.9994),检出限为0.09μg/m L,平均加样回收率为98.2%,相对标准偏差为3.3%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于伤口护理产品中次没食子酸铋含量测定。
Object i ve To establish a method for determination of Bismuth Subgallate in wound care products by HPLC. Method The Agilent 1260 HPLC was carried on a SunFireTM C18 column （ 250mm x 4.6mm, 5 μm ） , the mobile phase was methnol- water-phosphoric （ 15：85：0.05 ） with a floe rate was 1.0mL/min, the detection wavelength was 270nm, the injection volume was 25 μL and the column temperature was 35℃. Using external standard method for quantitative analysis.Resu I t The linear range of Bismuth Subgallate was 2.25 μL/mL-45.0 μL/mL （r=0.9994） . The limit detection was 0.09μL/mL and the average recovery ratio was98.2% with a RSD of 3.3% （ n=9 ） .
