摘要
为改善蝴蝶兰的光合性能,促进生长,以蝴蝶兰中国红为试验材料,研究了Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu对蝴蝶兰营养生长及光合生理的影响。结果表明:Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu 4种微量元素对蝴蝶兰的叶片生长、叶绿素含量及光合性能都有一定的促进作用。气孔导度越大,其蒸腾速率越高。其中,Cu(0.02 mg/L)提高实际光合效率效果最显著,其处理叶片数也最多,其次是Zn;Fe对蝴蝶兰的叶绿素含量和CO_2净吸收速率作用效果最大;Zn对气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO_2浓度的作用最明显,较清水对照分别提高了29%、24%和23%。
In order to improve the photosynthetic characteristics and growth of Phalaenopsis,the cultivar Zhongguohong was used to study the effects of Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu on vegetative growth and photosynthetic physiology of Phalaenopsis.The results showed that all of Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu improved the leaf growth,chlorophyll contents and photosynthetic characteristics of Phalaenopsis.The higher the stomatal conductance was,the higher the transpiration rate showed.The effect of Cu on effective photochemical quantum was the best,showing the most leaves.Zn was just after Cu.Fe showed the most significant effect on the chlorophyll contents and net CO 2 uptake rate.The effects of Zn on stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and intercellular CO 2 concentration were the most obvious,increased by 29%,24%and 23%compared with control(water).
