摘要
为了解决商业化营养液配方中EDTA/Fe^(2+)作为铁素来源造成的生态环境污染的问题,铁素使用具有良好生物降解性的IDHA螯合铁,研究其对基质培生菜生长及品质的影响,以意大利生菜为试材,采用基质盆栽方式,以EDTA/Fe^(2+)(CK1)和缺铁处理(CK2)为对照,依据营养液中IDHA螯合铁素质量浓度设置了5个处理(0.75、1.50、3.00、6.00、12.00 mg/L),测定生菜的株高、茎粗、干鲜质量、叶绿素含量、蒸腾速率、净光合速率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和维生素C等指标,并进行方差分析。结果表明,IDHA螯合铁质量浓度为6.00 mg/L时,生菜的地上部鲜质量、维生素C和净光合速率低于CK1,但与CK1相比未表现出明显差异;地上部干质量和叶绿素含量高于CK1,但差异未达显著水平。施用适当质量浓度的IDHA螯合铁可以达到与EDTA/Fe^(2+)相同的增产效果。随着营养液中IDHA螯合铁质量浓度的进一步增加,生菜的株高、地上部干质量、鲜质量等指标会受到一定抑制;生菜的可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量均有所提高,但是IDHA螯合铁质量浓度过高时,又抑制了可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量的提高。综上所述,采用IDHA螯合铁作为营养液中铁源时,其质量浓度不宜超过6.00 mg/L。
In order to solve the problem of ecological environment pollution caused by EDTA/Fe^(2+)as the source of ferritin in commercial nutrient solution formula,IDHA chelated iron with good biodegradability was used as ferritin in this paper to study its influence on the growth and quality of substrate cultured lettuce.Taking Italian lettuce as the material studied,substate potting was conducted,the controls of EDTA/Fe^(2+)(CK1)and the treatment of iron deficiency(CK2)were applied,five treatments(0.75,1.50,3.00,6.00,12.00 mg/L)were set according to the mass concentration of IDHA chelated ferritin in nutrient solution.The indexes including plant height,stem diameter,fresh and dry weight,chlorophyll content,transpiration rate,net photosynthetic rate,soluble sugar,soluble protein,and vitamin C of lettuce were measured,and variance analysis was conducted.The results showed that the aboveground fresh weight,vitamin C,and net photosynthetic rate of lettuce were lower than those of CK1 when the mass concentration of IDHA chelated iron was 6.00 mg/L,but there were no significant differences compared with those of CK1.The aboveground dry weight and chlorophyll content were higher than those of CK1,but there were no significant differences.Application of appropriate mass content of IDHA chelated iron could obtain the same effect of increasing yield as EDTA/Fe^(2+).With the further increase of the mass concentration of IDHA chelated iron in the nutrient solution,the plant height,aboveground dry and fresh weight of lettuce were inhibited.The contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar all increased,but too high mass content of IDHA chelated iron inhibited increase of the contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar.Therefore,when IDHA chelated iron was used as the source of iron in the nutrient solution,its mass concentration should not exceed 6.00 mg/L.
