摘要 通过对成熟期糜子野生型和穗粗突变体农艺性状进行统计分析,同时比较2个品种不同生长阶段光合色素含量、光合指标及水分利用率变化差异,初步探索穗型突变体对糜子产量及抗倒伏性的影响。结果表明,穗粗突变体穗长、单株穗质量、单穗粒质量均极显著低于野生型,仅茎粗高于野生型;拔节期和抽穗期为糜子有机物积累的主要时期,成熟期光能利用率最低;叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量均会影响穗粗突变体产量,但净光合速率、气孔导度等光合指标主要促进穗粗突变体茎秆有机物积累,同时,提高糜子水分利用率有利于提高产量。糜子穗型突变可影响产量、茎粗等农艺性状及光合特性相关指标,通过深入挖掘相关基因,可为高产糜子分子育种奠定基础。 Through statistical analysis of agronomic traits of wild-type and spike coarseness mutants of millet at maturity stage,and comparing the changes of photosynthetic pigments content,photosynthetic indexes and water utilization rate in different growth stages between the two varieties,the effect of the spike coarseness mutants on yield and lodging resistance of millet was preliminarily explored.The results showed that the ear length,ear quality per plant and grain quality per spike of spike coarseness mutants were significantly lower than those of the wild-type,and only the stem thickness was higher than that of the wild-type.The jointing and heading stages were the main periods for the accumulation of organic matter in the millet,and the utilization rate of light energy was the lowest in the mature stage.In addition,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoids all affected the yield of the spike coarseness mutant,but the net photosynthetic rate,conductance to CO2 and other photosynthetic indicators mainly promoted the accumulation of organic matter in the stem of the spike coarseness mutant,and at the same time,increasing the utilization rate of water in the millet could improve the yield.The spike coarseness mutants of millet can affect agronomic traits such as yield,stem diameter and related indicators of photosynthetic characteristics.By digging the related genes in depth,it can lay a foundation for molecular breeding of high-yield millet.
