实习结束后师范专业毕业班学生职业适应性研究——基于浙沪五所院校的调查 被引量:2

Occupational Adaptability of Will-be Graduates of Teacher Education Major after the Practicum:A Survey Based on Five Colleges and Universities in Zhejiang and Shanghai

摘要 运用自编的师范专业毕业班学生职业适应性调查问卷,对浙沪两地五所院校实习结束后的师范毕业班学生的职业适应性状况进行了调查。结果表明:(1)师范生实习归来后的职业适应性主要表现在社会交往、自我发展、心理状态、职业选择、职业环境与角色转变上,其职业适应性总体处于中上水平,但在自我发展适应、心理状态适应与角色转变适应等方面有待提高。(2)男生在职业环境适应方面要明显优于女生;除了自我发展适应方面无显著差异外,高职院校的师范生在其他适应方面处于劣势;在社会交往适应方面,文史类师范生明显优于理工类师范生;来自城镇的师范生在职业适应性上显著优于来自农村的学生;打算做教师的师范毕业生职业适应性最好,未确定毕业后去向的师范毕业生的职业适应性最差。(3)在增强职业适应性方面,师范毕业生最常用的应对策略基本上都是内部策略,以自身调整为主。 Using the self-made questionnaire A Survey on Occupational Adaptability of Will-be Graduates of Teacher Education Major,this paper investigated the occupational adaptability of will-be graduates of teacher education major from five colleges and universities in Zhejiang and Shanghai after the practicum.Results show that first,the students’occupational adaptability after the practicum was embodied in social interaction,self-development,psychological state,career choice and role transition.Their overall occupational adaptability was at the upper-middle level,but the aspects of self-development,psychological state,and role transition needed to be improved.Second,male students were significantly superior to female students in terms of occupational adaptability to environment.Except for self-development,students of teacher education major in higher vocational colleges had a tendency to be disadvantaged in all other aspects.In the aspect of social communication,students from the humanistic background tended to be better adapted than those from the science and engineering background.Students from the cities and towns tended to be better adapted than those from the countryside.Students who intended to be teachers tended to have the best occupational adaptability,and those who were not clear about their occupations after graduation tended to have the worst occupation adaptability.Third,in terms of enhancing occupational adaptability,the most commonly used strategies were internal strategies to adjust themselves.
