摘要
冲击功是反映去冒口锤工作能力的最直接参数。通过分析去冒口锤的冲击运动过程,对三种规格产品的冲击功进行了理论计算;通过镦粗铅柱测定冲击功的方法对三种规格产品的冲击功进行了验证。结果证实了去冒口锤结构设计的合理性。
Impact energy is the most direct parameter which reflects the ability for the work of sprue hammer.By analysis of the impact movement process of the sprue hammer,theoretical calculation of the impact energy has been conducted to three kinds of product.The impact energy values of the three kinds of products have been verified by upsetting the lead column.The results demonstrate the rationality of the structure of sprue hammer.
