摘要
根据某型号内六方钻杆接头的结构尺寸特点,运用理论分析方法制定了3种精密模锻成形方案,分别是实心毛坯复合挤压成形、管坯开式挤压成形和管坯镦粗成形;对每个方案进行了工艺分析,结果表明3种方案均可一次成形。通过对每个方案的变形过程、成形稳定性及经济性进行分析,管坯镦粗变形容易,符合管坯镦粗规则,且可用标准钢管直接成形,具有变形稳定、工艺路线短、材料利用率高等优点,是最优方案。对于管坯镦粗成形方案,讨论了余料腔的设计,并对其进行了数值模拟,验证了该方案的可行性,可实现精密塑性成形。
Based on the structure and dimensions characteristics of the inner hexagonal tooljoint, three precision die forging schemes were put forward through theoretical analysis,and each scheme was one step forming. For combined extrusion forming with solid billet,the billet needed be softened and phosphate treatment, the materials were difficult to flow,and forming force was biggest. The materials were accumulated under the punch by openextrusion forming with tube because of the material flow direction perpendicular to theforce direction. For the last scheme of upsetting forming with standard pipe, the formingwas easy and stable, and the billet was standard pipe without machining. Compared thethree schemes, the third scheme was optimal. The design of excess material cavity and sim-ulation of the forming process were done, and its feasibility was verified.
