摘要
提出了一种利用端面图像与CAD软件实现渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮基本参数测绘的方法。首先,利用测量工具获取直齿轮的一些直接参数;其次,通过图像扫描系统采集直齿轮端面图像,由图像处理软件对其进行预处理;最后,对齿轮的基本参数进行估计,利用CAD软件绘制齿轮轮廓,并调整参数,逼近齿廓图像,达到准确测绘直齿轮基本参数的目的。实验表明,该方法具有测绘精度高、简单等优点,可以满足齿轮设计的要求。
A method of identifying the basic parameters of involute spur gear using end surface image and CAD softwares is presented. Firstly, the direct parameters of a spur gear are obtained by using the measuring tools.Secondly, the end image of the spur gear is collected by the image scanner and is preprocessed by the image processing software. Thirdly, the basic parameters of the gear are estimated. Then the gear profile is drawn by CAD software and approached the image outline by modifying parameters to achieve the purpose of accurately mapping the basic parameters of the spur gear. Experiments show that the method has the advantages of high precision and simple process, and can meet the requirements of gear design.
