摘要
目的:通过辨证施护观察穴位贴敷治疗2型糖尿病痛性神经病变的临床疗效。方法:采用开放、平行随机对照的方法,选取符合2型糖尿病痛性神经病变诊断标准的患者106例,将其随机分为两组(对照组53例、治疗组53例),治疗周期为1个月,比较治疗前后两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组治疗前后比较,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:辨证施护联合穴位贴敷8h能够有效改善2型糖尿病痛性神经病变的临床疗效,是一种安全、简便、可靠的治疗方法。
Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of differential nursing on type 2 diabetic painful neuropathy based on acupoint sticking.Methods:106 cases were selected according to open and parallel randomized controlled design and were randomly divided into two groups(53 cases in the control group and 53 cases in the treatment group),1 month as a course.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Differential nursing plus acupoint sticking on type 2 diabetic painful neuropathy could obviously improve clinical efficacy,is a safe,simple and reliable therapy.
