摘要
用于医疗保健的及时诊断技术及移动检测方式要求新一代低成本、准确、灵敏且适于大批量生产的生物传感器。采用印刷方式制备传感器的方案推陈出新,全印刷技术为实现传感器的大批量生产提供新思路。纸材料低廉环保,在低成本制作传感器方面有良好的应用前景。石墨烯量子点具有优异的导电性、优良的生物相容性、稳定的荧光等特点,在改善和提高传感器性能方面存在很大潜力。对目前的全印刷传感器、纸质传感器和基于石墨烯量子点的传感器进行综述,提出一种基于石墨烯量子点的全印刷纸质生物传感器方案。
The point-of-care diagnosis and mobile diagnostics for health care require a new generation of biosensors that are low-cost,accurate,sensitive and suitable for mass production.There are more and more schemes for fabricating biosensors by printing,and the all-printed technology provides a new idea for fabricating biosensors in bulk.Paper is cheap and environmentally friendly,and has appeared as a very promising platform for the production of cost effective sensors.Graphene quantum dots have great potential in improving the performance of sensor thanks to its excellent conductivity,outstanding biocompatibility,and stable fluorescence.This article reviewed all-printed paper-based sensors and some graphene quantum dots-based sensors,and a new sensor called all-printed paper biosensor based on graphene quantum dots was proposed.
