摘要
人文精神是职业教育的灵魂,也是当今时代的精神主流。重视职业教育中人文精神的培养,为国家输送高素质的技术人才是职业教育的必经之路。基于人文精神的内涵,其对职业教育发展的意义具体体现在落实社会主义核心价值观、推动职业教育可持续发展和提升职校学生综合素质。从课程、教师、学生的角度,分析职业教育中人文精神缺失的表现,并寻找相应的职业教育践行人文精神的路径和方法,以期更好地实现职业教育与人文精神的有机融合,促进职业教育实现创新发展。
Humanistic spirit is the soul of vocational education,and also the spiritual mainstream of the times. It is a top priority for vocational schools to pay attention to the cultivation of humanistic spirit of the highquality technical personnel for the country. Based on the connotation of humanistic spirit,the significance of humanistic spirit cultivation for the development of vocational education is embodied in the implementation of the socialist core values,the sustainable development of vocational education and the improvement of the comprehensive quality of vocational school students. From the curriculum,teachers and students' perspective,the lack of humanistic spirit in the occupation education is analyzed,and the path and methods that suit the occupation education of humanistic spirit are discussed,in order to realize the organic integration of occupation education and humanistic spirit,and promote the innovative development of occupation education.
