摘要
肾素/肾素前体受体是肾素-血管紧张素系统的重要成员之一,能够与肾素及肾素前体结合,增强血管紧张素转化酶的活性进而影响心血管系统,同时可以诱导非肾素-血管紧张素系统细胞内的信号转导,如丝裂原活化蛋白激酶通路、经典的Wnt通路等,诱发动脉硬化、高血压等疾病。近年来,诸多研究表明肾素/肾素前体受体在成人和胚胎生长发育、心血管疾病及肾脏等疾病的发生中都具有重要的作用。现对肾素/肾素前体受体及其在心血管系统的作用进行综述。
(Pro)renin receptor,a receptor for renin and prorenin,can enhance the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme and affect the cardiovascular system.In addition,it activates intracellular signal transductions independent with renin-angiotensin system,such as mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway and Wnt pathway,which contribute to arteriosclerosis,hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,numerous studies have shown that(pro)renin receptor plays an important role in the growing development of adult and embryonic,which is also important to the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases,kidney diseases and more.This article reviews the role of(pro)renin receptor in the cardiovascular system.
