摘要
产教融合的教育模式在现代职业教育中越来越发挥其对人才培养积极有效的帮助,因此得到国家大力推行。但在实践中,高职院校在推行产教融合的教育模式中仍然存在许多问题,只有成立完善的产教融合教育管理部门,建立优秀的师资队伍并建立完整的监督体系才能更好地深入产教融合的教育方式。
The education mode of production-teaching integration has increasingly exerted its active and effective help for talent cultivation in modern vocational education,and it has therefore been vigorously promoted by the state.However,in practice,higher vocational colleges still have many problems in implementing the education mode of production-teaching integration.Only through the establishment of a perfect education management department for production-teaching integration,the construction of a good teaching staff and the establishment of a complete supervision system,the education mode of production-teaching integration be deepened.
