摘要
高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在教育过程中高度关注理论教育与实践教育的融合。产教融合是保障职业教育目标的重要形式,也是与高校教学组织形式最大的不同,在这一模式下高职院校并不是唯一的教育主体,地方政府、企业以及相关机构应积极参与进来,共同发挥育人作用。以民办高职院校为研究对象,通过分析国内外产教融合发展现状,剖析高职院校产教融合形势,归纳目前存在的主要问题,进而提出促进产教深度融合的路径,以供广大民办高职院校参考和借鉴。
Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China. In the process of education, we should pay close attention to the integration of theoretical education and practical education. Integration of production and education is an important form to guarantee the goal of vocational education, and it is also the biggest difference from the teaching organization form of colleges and universities. Under this mode, higher vocational colleges are not the only educational subjects, local enterprises, governments and relevant institutions should actively participate in it and jointly play the role of educating people. Taking private higher vocational colleges as the research object, by analyzing the development status of integration of production and teaching at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the situation of the integration, summarizes the current main problems, and then puts forward the path to promote the in-depth integration of production and teaching to provide reference for private higher vocational colleges.
