摘要
目的分析个体化护理对胆结石择期手术患者围术期情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的胆结石择期手术患者124例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予个体化护理。比较两组患者护理前、后的负面情绪及生活质量。结果护理后,两组患者的SAS、SDS、躯体功能、物质生活状态、心理功能及社会功能评分均明显优于护理前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理可有效减少胆结石择期手术患者围术期负面情绪,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing on perioperative mood and quality of life in patients with gallstones.Methods A total of 124 gallstones patients who received elective surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 62 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was given individualized nursing based on the control group.The negative emotions and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS,SDS,physical function,material life status,psychological function and social function scores of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing can effectively reduce the elective surgery perioperative negative emotions in patients with gallstones,and improve the quality of life of the patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
