摘要
目的探讨全面护理对胆结石患者治疗效果与患者护理满意度的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月我院收治的140例胆结石患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各70例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加全面护理干预。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后排气时间、患者情绪状态变化情况、护理总满意度、并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间、术后排气时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以胆结石患者全面护理干预效果显著。
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with gallstones.Methods A total of 140 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,patients were divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,postoperative exhaust time,patient′s emotional state changes,total nursing satisfaction,complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction of nursing services in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and complications total incidence was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gallstones is significant.
